These terms apply to all bookings and purchases made through the Hash Spa store. Last updated: August 2026.

Booking & confirmation

• An appointment is confirmed once you receive the confirmation message by SMS or WhatsApp.
• Some services and packages require a deposit at booking, deducted from the final bill.
• Please arrive 10 minutes early. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may shorten or reschedule your service.

Cancellation & changes

• Free cancellation or rescheduling at least 12 hours before your appointment.
• Cancelling within 12 hours forfeits the deposit.
• Bridal packages cannot be cancelled within the final 72 hours, but may be postponed once subject to availability.

Payment & invoices

• Accepted methods: Mada, Apple Pay, credit cards, Tabby and Tamara, and in-branch payment.
• All prices include VAT, and a ZATCA-compliant e-invoice is issued for every transaction.

Gift cards & memberships

• Gift cards are valid for 12 months from purchase and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Monthly memberships renew automatically and can be cancelled any time before the renewal date.

Salon policy

• The salon is women-only, and photography inside is not permitted out of respect for everyone's privacy.
• Please tell your specialist about any skin sensitivity or medical condition before the service starts.
• Children under five cannot be brought along, for safety and for the calm of the space.

Privacy & data

We collect only your name and mobile number to manage appointments and send reminders. Your data is never shared with third parties, in line with Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
